Multi-Agency Referral Process
All telephone referrals should be followed up in writing within 24hrs
Out of Hours
During the evening, night or at weekends, child protection emergencies should be directed to the Police, local Accident and Emergency Department, or the out-of hours Social Work Service on 020 8348 3148.
