Emergency Contraception

Pharmacists in Haringey providing Emergency Contraception
All of the pharmacies listed on the link below provide emergency hormonal contraception pills. This service is free and confidential for young people aged under 25. Some of the participating pharmacies also provide Chlamydia screening for under 25.

There is a member of staff in each of these pharmacies who has been specially trained to provide emergency contraception pills – please ring before you go to check that someone is there who can help you, or who can advise you of the nearest clinic.

Remember - Emergency Hormonal Contraception does not provide you with the same level of protection against pregnancy as other forms of contraception and it doesn't protect you from sexually transmitted infections.
